Welcome to the education and training hub for ReadySkills. This article will outline the various education and training options available to you, as well as the best method for approaching each type of offering.


Training Options

Service Type:   Self Service 

Summary:  An eLearn has been created to walk you through the basics of the ReadySkills system. This e-learn consists of 8 interrelated modules that assume zero product knowledge. You will be introduced to everything from basic overarching system functionality to Extension specific settings and configuration.

Knowledge Base Articles

Difficulty Level:   Low/Medium

Service Type:   Self Service 

Summary:   The eLearn material is also available on this knowledge base (HERE). These articles contain very similar content to the eLearn, but do not require you to sign up (NOTE: certificates will not be produced for training completed on the Knowledge Base). 

Paid Consultation

Difficulty Level:   Low

Service Type:   Consultation 

Summary:  Paid consultation can be booked through your onboarding consultant or customer success manager. Please reach out to the appropriate representative for more information. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and are generally conducted through Zoom or Microsoft Teams for a paid fee.
