1. Go to the '+Training Plan' Extension
2. Click on 'Upload' in the Upload User Excel File -
3. Choose file (populated ‘Profiling student only’ xls) & upload
- The fields in this file are the required fields for setting up a student account
- All fields except phone numbers are required fields
4. Work through steps 1-4 -
- Step 1: no additional fields to complete -
- Step 2: select one additional field - see highlighted field -
- Step 3: Check existing suggested employers -
- Choose from an existing employer or Add a new employer
- Choose from an existing employer or Add a new employer
- Step 4: Create Accounts -
- Select Qual Template as required
- Link an existing supervisor (existing supervisors for that employer will be displayed) OR
- Create a new supervisor (can also be done via usual add user page from control panel)
- Click ‘Create Accounts
- Step 5. Page reloads and if required you can link to the appropriate trainer now
- SAVE any changes
- Close by navigating away from this page
- SAVE any changes
