Student - RPL Step 7 - Declaration and Submission

At this point, you will need to record a signature in the appropriate field, as well as a date to indicate when this information was submitted.

Once you have confirmed that all of the information is correct and you are ready to submit the RPL, click on the Submit button. A confirmation box will display, mentioning that this action cannot be undone.

You will then be redirected to a summary screen, displaying an overview of the RPL information. In this area, you can see units displayed on the left side, along with a system generated Work Experience progress bar. This progress is drawn from what is put into the Work Experience Profile.

 Note

The progress of this bar is not an immediate indication of whether an RPL is to be granted or not. Other factors are considered by the RTO as part of this process, including Evidence Uploads and etc.

  • The Self-Evaluation column will display information derived from the Questionnaire items submitted in Step 5.
  • Practical Demonstration and Gap Training items represent items that may be requested by the RTO to assist with the recognition process.
  • The Outcome column will display outcomes for each unit when one has been recognised by the RTO.

Scrolling down will show the employer validation section, showing the status for any validation items generated and provided.

A Print Report button is available here to print out a new Validation Form if required.

Any supporting evidence items uploaded will appear under the Applicant Uploads section.
