Admin - Transferring users between RTO's

When students are being transferred from one RTO to another, please email the request to - Support@mytrainingplan.com.au

Notes ;

  • If new accounts are created, data previously collected will NOT be transferred to the new RTO.
  • Supervisor accounts also need to be transferred by a Ready Skills admin.
  • Ensure that all outstanding entries are approved prior to the transfer.
  • Previous login details will remain unchanged when the transfer is completed.
