Losing or forgetting passwords can happen and it certainly happens to the best of us.
It's not a big deal, however, as you will be able to reset your own password using the following steps:
Password Resets in the Browser ;
When you are in the login screen, underneath the login button you will see a link shown below that says "Forgotten Password?".
When you have selected this link, the below screen will appear. Simply enter your email address and select submit. A new password will be generated and sent to your email address.
Password Resets in the App ;
When on the login page of the app (below) you will see a link for forgotten password.
Simply select the link "Forgotten password" and enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.
Remember - If the password doesn't reach your inbox it may be in your spam/junk folder due to settings. If you have not received your email, contact your Training Organisation or email the Ready Skills support team and we will help you - support@mytrainingplan.com.au
