Entry History is where you see any of your existing/outstanding student entries and the current status of those entries. The main point of the page is to ;
- View/Approve any unapproved/outstanding entries
- View graph of hours logged for the last 25 weeks - while highlighting any inconsistencies or missed sections of the students training
This page can be viewed from left-clicking on a student and selecting 'View Entry History' ;
You are then taken to a page that shows your students previously accepted/outstanding entries ;
Near the bottom of the page there is a legend that outlines what the different symbols mean ;
From this page, you can then view any approved entry by clicking on the week -
This will show you when the entry was approved, what activity was performed and who approved the entry ;
