Admin - Supervisor not Receiving Entries

There are some situations in which a supervisor might not receive their Entries correctly.

When a student account has been set up with a primary supervisor (A) and a host supervisor (B). 

The host supervisor (B) has approved entries but the primary supervisor (A) has not, if you were to swap host (B) to primary and primary (A) to host, then any unapproved ‘employer’ entries will still need to be approved by B. This means that the entries will appear as approved by the host (B) and employer (B).

In this situation, you would turn on 'Allow expiring entries' in the RTO Settings for the RTO. The unapproved entries will now remain for (A) to approve, and (B) will still be able to approve any current entries or existing entries until they expire.
